Thank you for shopping with Crafted Marketing by Tash! We are a North Las Vegas, Nevada-based creative business offering digital designs, crafting resources, personalized gifts, apparel, and handmade products. Please review our shipping and delivery policies before placing your order.

Local Pickup - North Las Vegas, Nevada

Select physical products may be available for local pickup by appointment only.

For the safety and convenience of our customers and business, pickups are coordinated at a designated public meeting location in North Las Vegas.

How Local Pickup Works:

  1. Place your order and select local pickup when available.
  2. Wait for an email confirming your order is ready.
  3. Coordinate an available pickup date and time with our team.
  4. Receive your confirmed meeting location and pickup instructions.
  5. Bring your order confirmation to your scheduled pickup.

Important Pickup Information:

  1. Local pickup is available by confirmed appointment only.
  2. We request at least 24 hours' notice when scheduling pickup.
  3. Pickup availability may vary based on our business schedule.
  4. Please do not arrive at a meeting location without confirmation.
  5. If you need to reschedule, please contact us in advance.
  6. Residential pickup is not available.

Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Certain products, such as event apparel or personalized gifts may be sold as pre-order or made-to-order items.

Production timelines and estimated availability dates will be provided on the applicable product page. Please note - this will vary from the estimated delivery date provided at checkout, so please refer to the product page. For pre-orders, production may begin after the designated ordering period closes.

Cancellations & Changes

Order changes or cancellations may be accepted before production begins.

Once a customized or pre-order item enters production, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, experiences a significant delay, arrives defective, or otherwise qualifies for a refund under applicable law, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.

Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for the applicable delivery method.

Shipping for Physical Products

For products that are eligible for shipping, shipping rates and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated processing times will be provided on product pages and may vary depending on product type, personalization requirements, and order volume.

Shipping delivery estimates do not include production or processing time.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery. We will assist customers with shipping concerns as appropriate.

Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products, including PNG/SVG/PDF designs, templates, printable artwork, digital bundles, and eBooks, are delivered electronically.

After purchase, you will receive a download link or instructions for accessing your digital file.

Digital products do not require shipping and are available immediately after successful payment unless otherwise stated. Please verify that your email address is correct at checkout.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before submitting an order.

If you notice an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@craftedmarketingbytash.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address corrections before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable customer-provided address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

We will contact customers regarding available options when returned packages are received.
