Local Pickup Orders
Some products in our store are available for local pickup only in Honolulu, Hawaii.
If your order includes a local pickup item, you will see Local Pickup as the delivery option at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions and location details.
Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving.
Pre-Order Items
Certain products, such as event apparel, may be sold as pre-order items.
Pre-order items are produced after the ordering period closes. Estimated fulfillment timelines will be listed on the product page.
Once production begins, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customers will receive an email when pre-order items are ready for pickup or shipment.
Shipping for Physical Products
For products that are eligible for shipping, shipping rates and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Processing times typically range from 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Digital Products
Digital products and templates are delivered electronically.
After purchase, you will receive a download link or instructions for accessing your digital file.
Digital products do not require shipping and are available immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
