Pre-Order Items

Some products, including special event apparel such as Purple Up shirts, are sold as pre-orders.

Once a pre-order period closes and production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Pre-order items are produced based on the number of orders received.

If you need to make a change to a pre-order, please contact us before the pre-order deadline listed on the product page.


Apparel & Physical Products

Because many of our apparel items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Event timing issues

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

When contacting us about an issue, please include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the problem


Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Digital Products & Templates

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads and templates are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience any issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist you.
